My second go around is even worse. I will be returning to try a third unit hope it will be better. Also the sound on the second go around it too low.

Seriously Dollar store quality. Bulky case. Buy these for a 6 y/o. Spend a little more and don't waste your time. Left bud is completely inaudible now. Initially these did the job.

It was not easy to use and change settings Throughout . I’m good with electronics and it gave me a headache. The sound was not great. Id rather spend 200$ on good earphones.

The first pair went out while I was out running after about 3 hours of use. One of the headphones wouldn’t turn on or charge while in the case. I exchanged that pair for the same model, hoping it was just a bad pair. The exact same thing happened to my second pair after about 2 weeks of use. These clearly are NOT sweat resistant headphones. I do not suggest using them if you’re going to be working out. Even when these headphones were working for me, they didn’t sound great and they were a bit bulky around my ears. I suggest spending a bit more money for higher quality product.

If there is very little surrounding noise, you can hear the headphone. Volume is just to low for most things I do. I tried to take them back, but the 14 day policy(stinks!) got me by a day.
