Volume is not great either. I bought them at best buy in Monroeville pa on 9/20/21 went to exchange them saying they are faulty and they told me I cant, and I have to contact Jlab. The reason I go to a brick and mortar store is so I do not have to deal with these issue.

My right ear has some loss of hearing in it so I wanted to have the option of using the ear bud independently of each other, which you can do with these.... if you use the right one. I also wanted to have the option of charging one while using the other. Ultimately these didn’t do the trick for me, but that doesn’t mean they are a bad product. Just one I didn’t find as useful as I would have liked

We do have quite a few options that do have dual connect capability which allows you to use either ear bud independently from another. This feature will be found in out GO Air, JBuds Air Icon and our Epic Air ANC & Epic Air ANC sport. -JLab Audio

Posted .Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab
You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for , they don’t produce good sound, or turn up loud enough. I had them up all the way and could still hear everything around me. I get better sound quality with the wired factory Apple headphones that come with a new phone. Will be returning.

Second IF you want to hold a 1 minute or more talk on the phone... well just do music and you are good. Buttons are NOT as responsive at times. Your ears WILL be HOT after 6hrs of playing music. The charging case sometimes charges and it will take 4 hrs to fully charge the case. The mic/mics are poor quality that you will have to scream so the other person can hear you. Like I said earlier better to play music ONLY.
