Also, background noises seem to be amplified-not good if you have small kids and communicating with others.

You can try troubleshooting the earbud to reconnect the Bluetooth by following the step-by-step instruction in the user guide found in your original package or by going to the product page on our site. This will usually help with connection issues. Also, be sure that you're not on Be Aware mode (this allows ambient outside noises in) by triple tapping the left ear bud to change modes. If this does not work please reach out to our customer support team. They will be more than happy to help you. -JLab Audio

Tried to contact JLab directly but no response. They are supposed to shut off when you place them on the charging case, but mine keep on playing music even inside the case. I think the case had something to do with the left piece dying out as it was was super hot one time I left them charging.

Meh, can't mold around your ear for small ears

Didn't want to assume it will get better and magically stay put so I just returned.

Not charging

In less than two months from the date of purchase, they stopped charging. I am not sure whether the charging case or the buds themselves were faulty. Regardless, they are useless now.

Stopped working 2nd use

Bad quality!

I guess there is no noise cancelation and it picks up the slightest sound in the background. I have had many people complain on the other end that the noise it picks up is unbearable.

Terrible earbuds

Worked fine for about 4 days then the left earbud cut out. Followed the manual reset process with no success. Jbuds customer service couldn't help and suggested I return them. Took them back and made the mistake of swapping them for another pair. They worked once then same problem. I've tried everything to reset them, but there must be some kind of programmable issue. In any event, I'll be taking these back and going with another brand. Never buying Jbuds again
