Left Ear Bud Will Not Pair

Total waste of $70.00. Had special instructions in case left side wouldn't pair, which means there has been an issue.

BestBuy's return window is only 15 days and the JLab's warranty website throws an error when returning. Overall, a really bad experience.

Posted .Hey there, on the JLab website and in the packaging we include a product guide and manual that walk you through both pairing and powering. (the earbuds auto turn off after a few minutes in the case) -JLab

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a lot of bluetooth earbuds but these are by far the most comfortable and best sounding! They have great stand alone battery life, and a carrying case they automatically charge in that has a battery life of over 30 hours. The only challenge was positioning them in my ear without activating the touch control on the end of the unit. You can wear them both for full stereo sound or just one if you need to keep an "ear open". But they also have a setting that allows the passthrough/amplificaton of ambient sounds which is a big plus if you're using them in an environment (bike riding?) where you need to hear what's going on around you. They are sweat proof and come with 4 didferent size tips to fit your ear. The built in retainer hook adds a lot of security for active lifestyles.

Left bud stopped working.

The left bud would not charge nor connect to my phone. Would purchase something else before these.

It is not updating the firmware of the earbuds. I have used earbuds earlier but even before burn-in they sound better but these earbuds are not sounding good. Controls are not friendly. Not worth the money $70.
