    Sound and comfort

    I didn't like the sound quality and they made my inner ear hurt. Also, didn't like the way in which I had to answer an incoming call. I returned the product.

    They suck. Ear piece is too big for my ear so its painful to keep in ear for more than a few minutes. Charge case lid also broke without any reason, no abuse to it... so they cant hang and charge in my work truck because ear pieces fall out. I missed 30 day period by 2 days when i finally got off work early enough to go up to best buy and ezchange or return, so im stuck wirh a broken set that i cannot do anything with. Very unsatisfied.

    If I could give it a 0 I would. These are terrible products. The Bluetooth set up is the worst. So many other products have painless set that, it seems downright insulting and deliberate that the set up is so painful. The plastic is hard and uncomfortable and unresponsive.

    Good for listening to music not for phone use

    Not that comfortable, ear becomes sore. While talking I can hear others but the background noise on my end makes it hard for the other party to hear me.

    Not a good product. Had issues with connecting every time almost. Sound quality lackluster as well.

    they're alright for the money, but they had a lot of battery life issues. ended up having to claim the warranty on them after about 6 months

    This product was ok for a few weeks but then after about 3 weeks my right ear bud stop working completely. Definitely not worth it!

    Stopped working after running twice

    Worked fine for the first run, then the second run they just stopped working. The right headphone won't even turn on.

    Not a great fit or a good quality sound. The settings are also not user friendly and the instructions were not too helpful.

      Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab jlabaudio-conv

    They worked great for a few weeks. I only used them three times per week but now the left one doesn’t want to charge at all.

    Right Headphone wont charge

    Worked well for two runs. Second run I accidentally enabled the “awareness mode” which sounds like a hot mic while the wind hits it. Turned it off and put it on the charger. Now the right headphone wont charge which means it wont turn on, which means it wont pair to the other head phone, and therefore no useable headphones. It’s been on the charger multiple times and now I have to try the warranty process with the manufacturer. Wish me luck.

    Bought these in store, there's a weird static sounds when using the enhanced hearing mode. Also the battery doesn't last as long as advertised.

    The sound isn't loud when listening to music. When talking it's ok but could be louder. Hurts my ear if in ear to long.
