    Cannot hear phone call properly due to the volume on the ear peice is very low and connot turn up

    You can hear all outside noises. And if you are on the phone people hear noise in the background. I will be returning these

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. The proper fit is key to a great listening experience. However if you feel like your headphones are oddly quiet please reach out to our support team.     This is good for a deaf person. When you make a call. They can hear eve in the background

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device.
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time
      4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other
      6. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Your store shelves were pretty much empty although you did have it in stock. Waiting 15 minutes for assistance than waiting in al long line to check out. YOU GUYS ARE BETTER THAN THIS!!!

    These headphones are garbage.

    Don't waste your money on this things. I bought a pair in January, they started to give me problems during the first use. Every time I sweat, they stop working. About a month in, the left ear can only keep a charge up to 30 to 60% and will die 2 minutes into my work outs. Long story short, I had to return them for a refund.

    I can only have one on at the same time because they give an effect of being in a tunnel. I'm not a big fan.

    My wife had these for about a month and they just quit working. Sound quality was also not very good.

    You can hear yourself talk through the headphones, not ideal could be a setting I haven't found. Other than that there good.

    Left earbud broke and stopped working within a month. Even with customer support they were unable to get it working again. Would not recommend a Jlabs product to anyone.

    Bought new and had issues after about 45 days.

    The sound was Just okay. Purchased them right before Christmas and they had audio issues about 30-45 days later. They started to echo, people on the other end of phone calls were telling me they couldn’t hear me very well. Overall wasn’t pleased with this brand and won’t be purchasing again. Good thing I got the protection plan which is the ONLY thing I’d recommend if you’re thinking of purchasing.
