    They aren't comfortable for long periods of time and there is no noise cancelling for phone calls.

    Stopped Charging After a Year

    The charging case on these headphones broke down after a year. This is the second time I have purchased headphones from this brand so I believe it is a defective case design.

    Did not like. Thought the sound was very “tinny” and the fit was not comfortable.

    Shocked me when I was working out and quit working. Returned and bought JBL endurance that have worked great

    Iwould give 0 stars if possible. Left one stopped working/charging one week after purchase. The one week it did work volume kept going up and down on its own. Horrible product. Not going to deal with it. Just buyimg a new set of wireless head phones to work out.

    had to return 2 pairs before I got a working pair would be good product if they weren't so defective 1st pair one pair didn't work 2nd pair after returning 1st pair - one pair didn't work 3rd pair - works fine.

    This product sound wise was okay, but the right earbud stop working in less then 2 months. The funny thing is I just bought these earphones to fly to Korea since I'm a military soldier. Don't waste your money.

    Terrible set of earphones. Arrived with a hardware issue. Clicking noise in ear buds. When I contacted them about replacement they refused to send a replacement until I destroyed the other pair. I will never purchase this brand again an encourage others not to.

    Had to return as the left earpiece didn't work, but the 2nd one I got I love. The 2nd one works great!

    One headphone stopped working

    Right ear bud stopped working. Works intermittently. I keep them charged and checked the settings on the app. Still an issue.

    Didn't hold on to ear good enough, kept falling off. Ear got sore after 10mins of wearing.

    There is nothing wrong with these ear buds. They are comfortable, even with glasses on. They are lightweight. They have great battery life. They have good BT range. Overall they are good. While sound and comfort are good, there really is nothing great about these earbuds outside of battery life. The controls even make sense. I give them credit for having controls in the earbuds, too many others make you rely on your phone for controls. I have a couple issue with the design of the case, but this is really nitpicking as I complain about this with almost every wireless earbuds I see from JLab. The charging case is nice, but the buds are in there backwards. The left bud is on the right and the right bud is on the left. I don’t understand why they do this. This is simple enough to get over, but just annoys me for some reason. It would be easily fixed by putting the door on the other side of the case. I get over it by opening the case so it opens down rather than up. Beyond that, the ear pieces will snap in magnetically in the case. They charge quite quickly. The case also has a built in charging cable, I do like this as one fewer cables to carry. The ear cups are comfortable, but there is a memory foam ear piece that seems like a really nice add if you like the feel. Personally I felt like the memory foam felt like a ball of cotton in my ear. It was snug and really made the buds sound good, but they just felt off which took away from the comfort. You may like them, so I am not docking any stars for that. Like I said overall, these are really good. Great for a workout and won’t break the bank if you lose or break them. I would recommend these to most anyone looking for a pair for the workout bag.
