    They don't stay in your ear very well! Echos during calls and hard time turning them on and off.

    Hard to put on your ear, hook not that good, it would be nice if hook can adjust

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     I only was able to use them without issue once, which was the first time i used them. After a while they began to hurt my ears. The second time, the right ear piece shorted out and did not work. Had to return item

    Very hard to hear when moving around or driving. Great for listening to music. Not noise canceling.

      Although not noise cancelling, the jbuds air should be putting out 100 db, enough to block out the outside world. Sounds like a defective unit, our apologies.     Horrible sound. Hard to use functions. Short battery life. A little sweat and the earbuds are fried.

    6 months and one of my ear buds stops working

    I've had these since September of 2021 and the left ear bud stopped working. I'm pretty upset. These are expensive and it's upsetting that I can't count on something I spent 75 dollars on to work for more than 6 months. I won't be purchasing anymore Jlab products.

    The right side died after two weeks.

    If you leave one side of the earbuds out of the charging box for too long that going to shut down the side completely and you cannot get it to charge again. That means one side is dead uncless you know how to inject charge manually to revive it.

    Worse ear buds ever made

    I bought the ear buds 3 weeks a go. I was using it when I workout. After 3 weeks the buds right hand side got really hot nearly burnt my ear luck I was running so I took it off, it got to a point where I was think of throwing the buds away from my hands. DO NOT BUY THIS EAR BUDS YOU WILL GET BURNT ( jbuds air sports ) I will never buy a jbuds

    Great for working out in gym/ okay for phone calls

    This pair of headphones are a great investment for anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds to wear at the gym but don't want to spend to much money, the only thing that was a headache was the left ear bud was not pairing, however I figured out what to do, at first I just followed the directions to pair the earbuds however now all I have to do is when I take the earbuds out of the charger case keep them close to each other and as you put the right earbud in keep the left ear bud close and wait until the prompt says "earbuds paired" before putting the left ear bud in, not sure if it says that in the direction but hopefully it will help because that was going to be a "ok I'm not about to go through all this ( the direction way to pair the left ear bud) every time I want to use these definitely getting returned. Overall I would say it's a good "starter" earbuds for anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds for the gym and don't want to spend $100+ they stay in even when I'm dripping sweat. Talking on the phone is okay, kinda hard to hear the other person clearly but not impossible

    Had the insignia pair just like this much much better. Alas the left bud stopped charging fulfilled my geeksquad plan and replaced with these nowhere near as clear. I have big ears and small canals so cant grab any regular buds. Will take this back and upgrade to a better pair cheap for a reason buyers beware....

    These are no good for working out with. If you sweat, it tends to short out the tap functions on them so it’s constantly changing modes and telling you about it when it does. Finally, the left one died yesterday when I was working out.

    I bought this product because of the price and some reviews. After I set it up and used it, I noticed the frequent drop off of signal and needs to be reconnected. I tried powering off the earpieces and turning it on again just to try it but the issue persisted. After a week of using it, I finally got frustrated and returned it.

    They are worse than dollar store headphones! You hear every noise from around you amplified. I work in a shipping setting, and Every piece of paper torn or tape gun used was right in my ear bud. Not happy with the options at Best Buy so far.
