    I returned them because they had a lot of static!

    There was a lot of static and background noise. People on the other side said they couldn’t hear me well. I bought them the night before going on vacation 7/18/2020 and lost my warranty money because I was 2 days late on returning them.

    Did not liked it at all. It has no portable USB charger or cable whatever you name it but it need just one certain kind of plug to charge with it and the plug/charger does not even comes with it. So you have to buy them separate. Thank you.

    This product is trash. I bought them for running (I’m a long distance runner), and after only 3 weeks, I was in the middle of a run, and the left one cut off, never to work again. Do not waste your money.

    After the initial charge and use, the charging case will not hold a charge. This means I can no longer charge or use the earbuds. Would never recommend these to anyone else.

    Sound isn't that good and battery life sucks

    Awful. The sound is just ok. The battery life is only about 6 hours. And the right one stopped working for no reason.

    UNRELIABLE JBuds Air Sport Ear Headphones

    I had purchased these Headphones on 7/2/20 and with in only a few weeks of use one side was starting to only work sometimes but then a little later the one side stopped working all together. I will be returning.

    The ear buds worked great for a week, then one would not charge, Now one bud will not work at all and the other will not charge fully. Returning them today before it is too late.

    Don't your time

    On my second pair. Both died after 4 uses while running. The instructions provide steps to re-connect buds to each other and doesn't work. They're obviously not sweat both as advertised.

    Best Buy will add a Pandora Premium account without you knowing, so purchase from another store unless you want to go through the process of canceling Pandora.

    they are super uncomfortable they are hard to fit on your ears after a period of time your ear will get a discomfort and you need to take them out.

    They quit working. Only one ear piece works. I looked up how to hard reset then and it still didn’t work. Do not waste your money on these.

    Not for excercise, broke on my second use. Treated them like a nice pair of sunglasses as requested in the user Manuel and broke on my second use.

    The sound quality was terrible with these headphones. With both on, music sounded weak and calls could barely be heard. Also the her earpiece chronically turned off. I returned them almost instantly.

    First at all, once I put them on, I barely feel them, they are super light and comfortable. It comes with a set of 3 pairs of extra ear tips, different sizes, the one in blue color is called cloud foam, which is perfect for my ears. The setup is pretty simple. The case and the earphones come already charged from factory, you put them on and on your smartphone under the Bluetooth connection select “JLab JBuds Air Sport”, and that is it. The lights on the case and the earphone are intuitive, once you connect the case to an USB port, the case will have 3 white, if they are blinking means that the case is charging, once the charge is complete they will become solid. When you place the earbuds in the case, it will turn blue, right light or left light will indicate the status of each earbud. The instructions are very useful and you will learn quickly how to operate the airbuds by tapping each one. It also has the capability of voice prompts, you can say “Hello” once the airbuds are Powered on, “Low Battery, Bluetooth connection, etc. The range is amazing, I have a Samsung and Iphone 10 and tested with both of them and easily reach 90 feet with Bluetooth excellent connectivity, fast and stable. The sound quality is outstanding, clear and richer than other ones I had in the past. The extra bass in the EQ settings is amazing. It has 3 EQ “Jlab, Balanced and Bass Boost” than you can access by tapping 3 times on the left earbud, and the voice prompt will tell you each one. Very clever. I can guarantee they will not fall off of become loose when exercising. They feel very comfortable while running or any other sport. These wireless headphones have many more options then the Apple airpods I own. These headphone allow the user to lower the volume with a single tap, call siri or google with two taps. Track back with holding it down 1 second, EQ change with a triple tap, power on by pressing and holding 3 seconds. All the features listed are on the left headphone alone. On the right headphone you can turn the volume up with a single tap, play or pause with a double tap, track forward by pressing and holding 1 second, answer a call with a single tap, hang-up a call with a double tap, reject incoming calls by pressing and holding for 1 second, be aware mode on or off with a triple tap, and power on or off by pressing and holding 3 seconds. I fully recommend these wireless headphones to anyone. It is a great deal especially since you are getting more than you paid for!

    I read some good reviews on Jbuds air. But in using them on both my iPhone and MacBook, I found the sound quality really bad. I found the buds that came with iPhone to be better.

    Cheap yes but horrible mic for people to hear you clearly on a call I return item and will wait for power beats pro to go on sales/The cheaper ear buds have a lot of issues will calls and volume

    The sound was tinny and the pads were hard and uncomfortable. I found a set of mpow earbads for half the price and double the sound quality. I am returning.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     I’ve had them for 3 weeks and they don’t work anymore, and they would always stay connected to my Bluetooth even while in the closed case. Don’t buy. Waste of money.
