Battled with them for the whole afternoon

We looked at videos and many ways online to see if we could get it to work but nothing. So we ended up taking them back the next day since our Best Buy closes early at this time.

Putting them on is a bit odd, but isn't hard to get used to. Hear-through feature is also decent for being aware of your surroundings
