    uneven sound

    it sounds like one is louder than the other. When used for talking on the phone, there is an echo. playing music is nice but the buttons are kind of complicated for use with a phone call. It has good bass on music though. I ended up disconnecting calls while trying to change the volume.

    Crappy Design, HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

    Just bought these last night fully charged the headset before I even tried using them i also did the manufacturer recommended break in period on the headphones..... I originally bought these for work hoping the advertised 6hrs of playtime would get me through the work day well today I started my day at 8:30 the headphones were completely dead by 12:30 exactly a 4 hr timeframes 2hrs less then the advertised 6hrs of continuous playtime, YARIGHT! To top it all off these headphones hurt like hell and will be returning them ASAP! The design of these headphones makes it sit too far inside of you ear causing it to hit my ear canal in my inner ear causing very annoying pain all day long......

    Fail to charge, poor product.

    My husband was excited to use these at work, loved the way they fit around his ear, and liked the touch controls. He was pleased overall – until he tried to charge them. The left earbud flashed to indicate charging, but the right earbud did not. We assumed it was a faulty right earbud so I ordered a replacement and now we are having the same issue all over again. We are very displeased that after only having the earbuds for two weeks that they are useless. They do not charge and are overall a disappointing and poor product.

    Don't Waste Your Money on These Headphones

    These were bought in June 2020. I wore them exactly four times. They needed to be paired to my iPhone X every time. On the fourth time, they died in the first song. I have attempted to charge them and they will not charge. I would say I did not get what I paid for at all. The company offers a 2 year warranty, but they require the purchaser to pay to mail it back. I inquired on their process, and 4 days later, I have yet to receive a response.

    Not bad for decently priced wireless headphones! I purchased these for jogging, my AirPods would fall out of my ears.

    Not for phone calls

    They work well for music, but are horrible for phone calls. They paired quickly with my Series 5 Apple Watch. Touch controls is nice, but the volume on calls is not adjustable.

    Tinny Sound, high treble

    I got these as a gift, I was able to pair them easily and get them synced to my phone. When I started listening, I realized that these were terrible quality in terms of producing good audio. I took them back to the store and got my store credit. I do not recommend these, or this brand. They sounded like the free headphones you get when you win a free mp3 player.

    The worst piece of technology I have ever owned.

    Without question, the worst piece of technology I have ever owned. While sliding them in place over my ears for the first time, they triggered a phone call to my nephew and to my contractor, and tried to facetime twice with my neighbor. The set of commands you need to tap through is more complicated than my semaphore and signals class-- although I no longer have that problem with the left ear piece, since it quit working the fourth time I tried to use it. Don't try adjusting your facemask while you are wearing these, or even putting on a pair of sunglasses-- both of which set off some set of commands that lost my place in the podcast I was listening to and turned on a Pandora station. Excellent Christmas gift for the frenemy in your life, if revenge is your game. Returning it at the first opportunity.

    Good for someone who doesn’t care about sound

    If you don’t care about sound then you can get these. If you’re not really in to tech then this is for you. If you’re not too technologically savvy and just want to go wireless then these are for you. Maybe if you’re the type of person that loses things and don’t want to risk losing a better pair of earphones then these are for you. Otherwise I cannot recommend.

    Poor sound quality, great everything else

    I have no idea why people think these headphones sound good. They sound absolutely awful. The high end especially. I would definitely only recommend listening to podcasts/audiobooks on these because music sounds terrible. The being said, the construction is very good and the design is otherwise outstanding.

    AVOID! They gave me TINNITUS!

    Yes, you read that right. I now have tinnitus - ringing in the ears and I blame these headphones. I have always been very protective of my hearing and listen to music at a comfortable level. After wearing these for a week, even at low volume there was a static sound that bothered my ears. I didn't think anything about it but after going for a walk one day, listening to a couple songs at what I though wasn't very loud, my ears started ringing... thinking it would go away in a few minutes, it did not - now 9 months later and numerous doctor visits later, my ears are still ringing! Doctors say there is no cure. If any headphones, especially these, bother your ears, BURN THEM. Biggest regret of my life.

    Disappointed

    I had these 3 months or less. One of the earbuds doesnt charge beyond "medium". I checked the case and repositioned it so buds could connect better. From reading other reviews it appears this is an ongoing problem. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and am unable to return them.

    Heard phones

    Don’t work in the way I was expecting, people can't hear me, and sometimes I can't heard what others said, and the way it’s build is very uncomfortable for my heard.

    Wouldn't purchase again

    The sound quality is not that great very hard to hear with just one in use sometimes your ear can get irritated its not always comfortable to wear
