My husband loves it. Its his second pair. He keep losing them because we have some sticky finger kids but overall he loves.

The Jlabs had customizable tips, the sound is better since the seal is tighter and I don't have to readjust constantly. The bass is very good. The sound is balanced.

They are ok. The loudness of the headphones went down quickly. Now I have to have them all the way up to hear them. Plus the left ear gets static sometimes at the gym. I would definately would buy the protection plan.

Just the right earbud to handle answering phone sight free.

The ear buds are great for just listening to music; especially while working out. Not good at all for phone calls. The quality for phone calls is horrible.

Got these as a second set for when my other pair need to be charge. Volume is low. Sadly they are 1/2 the earbuds my cheap walmart 39$ black webs are.

Excellent bluetooth earphones for the price. I especially like the case that has a usb cable attached and the earphones can be charged while in the case.

Bought these for my son for his birthday, his first pair. He loves them.

I needed an ear bud that goes around my ear as the I can never get the other type to stay in my ear. This is secure and I'm never concerned about it falling out.

Good sound quality and ease of use and pairing. Permitting surrounding sound to alert you to traffic is a great option.

I like the sound quality personally. But I bought them as a gift for my fiancé, I haven't had any complaints so they must work pretty good. :)

I returned another brand that wouldn’t stay in my ears at all. I wanted these to use for work both for phone calls and listening through my phone to music or podcasts They stay in the ear just fine Sound quality isn’t great, phone calls are nearly unintelligible and these are useless to use to talk while driving can’t understand whomever is on the other end of the line at all. They are just fine for podcasts or talk radio so-so for music. I use my AirPods when not working and they sound much better.if I hadn’t bought these only to use for work I’d have returned them.
