I spoke with someone from best buy and he said that I can take to the Geek squad to look at it.

I bought these because of the hooks on them thinking it'd keep them in my ears but I could never get the hooks to stay around my ears well. I can't even say how well they sound because I literally could not keep them from falling off. I do like that JLab designs many of their cases with the usb built right in. That is a very nice feature because I have having to worry about carrying around a charge cord. If you have dainty ears you've had a hard time finding buds that stay in I'd recommend the Soundcore by Anker Life Note E Earbuds, which Best Buy sells for about half what the price of these are and have fast charging.

We're sorry to hear that the JBuds Air Sport were not the right fit. We recently launched the Go Air Pop. These are out smallest true wireless product to date. These might be a better fit for you.

Set up was very easy and I love the charging case they come in, although as soon as I put them on I noticed a big problem. The silicone ear wraps start a little be before the curve as seen in the images. The hard plastic part coming off the speaker instantly rubbed my ear and caused pain. After wearing these for 1.5 hours, I had a noticeable red mark, pain, and a headache. Will never be putting this back on and they will be going back to the store. Everyone's ears are different, so these headphones may be comfortable for some, but use caution.
