Worked 2x before malfunctioning on right side and is whacky on left, constant switch between music and movie mode. I will never buy this type of tap the bud to change things. Stick to buttons.

I had the volume turned all the way up on my phone and the headphones and still could not hear the game broadcast. Back to the old over the head.

Sorry to hear of the volume issues that you experienced. The jbuds air put out 99 db. If you believe yours to be under that, you may have a defective unit. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty. When you get a chance, please reach out to us either via email [email protected] or shoot us a call at 405.445.7219 Monday-Thursday between 8am-5pm p.t Friday 8am-3pm p.t so that we may get you taken care of under warranty.
