Love the design of the headphones but the sound is horrible. I have bought headphones from the dollar store with better sound quality. I am not exaggerating. I can hear outside noise when listening to the headphones on full blast. I had someone else use them to make sure I was being fair and they said it’s worse than what they thought. The other part of my experience is the return policy. I tried to tried the headphones and better a better pair and was told I was 4 days late to return. Well I was in another country for a week prior and had no way of returning. The clerk said oh well, sell them through a third party site. So that sucked. Now I am stuck with this inadequate pair of headphones.

I really like this Best Buy store! The associates are always friendly & helpful. I do wish the store had a better variety of Gift cards though; especially Visa and Master Card gift card options.

Great for Music and not so much for voice calls except when wearing both. If you want to wear only one at a time only the right piece will work. I usually use only one, when the charge runs out I will have to stop and recharge.

This is good wireless headphones for the price. I got them to use at work, so far so good, the sound could be better but overall is good.

These ear headphones are fantastic! They are easy to use and the hook on your ears keeps them in place. Ear buds don't fit me correctly and these are perfect.

Good audio quality and comfortable, but the loop stretches and becomes loose over multiple uses. I constantly have to readjust the headset and many times it has fall

These fit and work great! I love using them whenever I run or workout. The pod charger stays charged for a long time so I never worry about my Jbuds not being charged when I use them.

The headphones have great connection. My only issue with these is that they don’t get very loud and at the loudest setting sound like they’re struggling to produce the loud sound clearly.

Work so well we love them. They are good quality. Not easy to use but once you get the hang of them they are great! Sound quality is wonderful easy for Bluetooth to find on any phone.

Great earbuds, stay charged for 7 hours on calls. Minor issue connecting but follow the instructions

These are mainly used in the evening to listen to podcasts/radio programs. They are excellent! Perfect for the person with a bigger head!!

I bought these for my boys for christmas and they absolutely love them. They’ve had beats and they said the sound quality on these are way better. Getting a pair for me :)

Excellent true wireless earbuds for the price! The sport design fits snug, and I prefer this even if I'm not going to walk or run outside a lot LOL.

solid headphones - it is stupid to ask your customers to review your stuff and then make them use more characters than they may want to - I bet you are wishing you did not have that feature now, aren't you.

I absolutely love love love these headphones. They fit securely on my ears so I don’t have to worry about them falling off. I would definitely buy these again!
