I like most everything about it but the first time I bought them right ear phone died on me wouldn’t charge or play took it back to the store got a new set had them a couple of weeks no problem yet work fine

Great for when Apple earbuds don't stay in! Like the gym, playing golf etc. Good cost/value too

I love this product am able to work out at the gym without them falling off. Am also able to use them at the sauna without the product overheating.

These where a gift to my sister she was not very impressed on the connection with her IPHONE but they work amazing with her bf Samsung phone :) and this is why she should switch to Samsung.. lol

It isn't loud enough for loud situations like the subway here in NYC. It should be fine for playing sports. JLab should improve their available apps, which have terrible ratings in Google play store, to help improve functionality. I need a better pair of headphones to enjoy music in any situation. Apparently we have to enable developer options on our Android phones and enable/disable an option to make them louder, but that didn't improve these.

easy to use operate and install. Sound quality is excellent

Love how it fits in my ear and the bass and treble controls are very flexible. You jus need to spend some time learning the on/off and other controls.

Love the case but to big on pockets! Battery life is awesome use it for 4 hrs charge it 1 hr and still have life for the whole day Wish it had a equalizer setting for sound (app) or something

As a bit of an audiophile these headphones are great for their price range. Easy to set up not tinny the audio sync thru bluetooth is great. Not amazing but for the price and ease of set up a great buy.

Bought me as a gift for my mom who cleans an she absolutely loves them . Comfortable on her ears and was easy to Bluetooth with her phone . Completely satisfied!

I needed wireless ear buds for activities in areas where I also needed to hear traffic and things going on around me. These work great, and are easy to use. Quality sound and comfortable wear.

I've bought two different styles of JLab earbuds and both going in the trash. Both have issues with one the earbuds not working after a year of light use. I've followed all instructions on resetting. I've also tried cleaning the charging areas per their website troubleshooting suggestions. Hard reset, unpairing and repairing, nothing works. This is a very common issue with this brand and very frustrating. My Shokz - OpenMove Bone Conduction Open Ear Lifestyle/Sport Headphones is going strong after two years with zero issues. I decided to buy a second one since my son has taken my current Shokz headphones to use in place of his JLab earbuds. Will not buy JLab brand again.

Sound quality isnt the best and doesnt fit all the way in ear...however, when it is in, it does not fall out

I love these buds. I particularly like the case they come in...absolutely cute. Also, the buds stay charged for a long time, which is the best feature of the product.

I purchased these for working out but I ended up using them at work because these would link up while my Beats wouldn't. And i like the Be Aware option for hearing your surroundings.
