    Right earbud dead....again.

    Two defective ones in a row!! Right earbud completely dead after one use. Charged up overnight, tried the factory reset, no lights come on at all. Tried all steps in the manual and some I found online, nothing worked. I thought this was a fluke, exchanged them for another pair. The same thing happened. These seemed great, the fit and sound are fine, but this is ridiculous.

    Was looking for a less expensive option for wireless earbuds since newer phones don't have a jack anymore. I tired these out but they were super uncomfortable and hurt my ear after a while. Sounded ok but I did return them

    Headphones worked for about 3 months, I enjoy the color and comfort of the ear buds.

    Love the design of the headphones but the sound is horrible. I have bought headphones from the dollar store with better sound quality. I am not exaggerating. I can hear outside noise when listening to the headphones on full blast. I had someone else use them to make sure I was being fair and they said it’s worse than what they thought. The other part of my experience is the return policy. I tried to tried the headphones and better a better pair and was told I was 4 days late to return. Well I was in another country for a week prior and had no way of returning. The clerk said oh well, sell them through a third party site. So that sucked. Now I am stuck with this inadequate pair of headphones.

    I really enjoy using these wireless in-ear headphones. I especially enjoy the choice of using one or both. They have been very clear and easy to use.

    Loved the design and fit. Sound was good enough. But the left ear kept dying. I returned and bought another pair, same issue.

    These buds are the BOMB! It was easy to connect to my phone. You just leave them in the case and they charge. Take them out and they automatically connect. The sound quality is good.

    The sound quality was good but they killed my ears. They are too rigid and for the shape of my ears, it just was not a good fit.

    Great for Music and not so much for voice calls except when wearing both. If you want to wear only one at a time only the right piece will work. I usually use only one, when the charge runs out I will have to stop and recharge.

    I am very impressed by the audio quality. I will admit that the tapping of the headset to activate certain phone features is a bit cumbersome. That's the one thing I don't like.

    Sounds great, but does not fit my ears well. The customization in the app is also pretty good, but I found issue with the performance when only one earphone is on at a time. It does not switch to mono audio, nor does it adjust the controls to match single earphone use. Also I was not able to Find with Tile when the earphones were turned off

    The headphones have great connection. My only issue with these is that they don’t get very loud and at the loudest setting sound like they’re struggling to produce the loud sound clearly.

    Bought the JBuds as a XMAS gift for my wife to use while she works out daily and already had to return the first pair because they would not hold a charge and kept turning off. Ended up getting a replacement pair in store only to be told not responsible for anymore issues. Not happy at all with the Customer Service at Best Buy in Myrtle Beach

    I struggle with finding proper fittings for my ear pods. I absolutely love the fit and the magnifying feature is amazing.
