They are always connecting to my iPad without my permission (I'm not going into settings and trying to connect them). Only the case charges when it's connect to usb port or charger, even if the earbuds are in the case, they will not charge along with the case. So, when the case is fully charged you have to take the earbuds out and put them back in the case so they can charge. I know they're not expensive, but I expect some level of quality. These are too expensive even if you get them for free. DO NOT PURCHASE> JLab support is a joke too.
