Works Poorly

I had to turn the volume on really high on the phone or the laptop in order to get it to work. Almost at the 70 to 80 on the laptop and almost 80+ on a Samsung 9+ cell phone. Tried calling my wife who likes to use the speaker phone when she is working. It was really heard to have a conversation with JLAB earphones (the main reason I bought them). It produced some kind of back feed noise and I could not hear what she was saying unless she got off the speaker phone. Needless to say these have to go back while I am still in my return period. Also, not crazy about their tap system where you got to tap it power it on and tap it three times to change the equalizer settings which I struggled to get it to work.

He now loves his jbuds. He listens to music every night. If they brok we would have to get a new pair right away.

I get good sound, and can carrying a conversation when walking - unless the wind is blowing. Happy with this purchase.
