For phone calls, no one can hear me over all the background noise. The touch controls are very difficult to use and often unresponsive. They stay on all the time, we can't get them to turn off, they just reboot when turned off and left sitting, even outside of the charger. I am returning and exchanging for the cheaper skull Candy inked wireless. I thought the higher price would mean better quality. But I was very disappointed.

Even with different ear pads kept slipping out of my ears.. No problem with them, just with me

They say the headphones work independently of one another again only the right ear the left doesn't work without the right. The press controls are horrible as well it worked fine for the first hour and then the only thing that worked was the volume it kept going all the way up for no reason. Spare yourself and ignore it!

Posted .Hi there, these buds have 6-hours of battery life, plus an additional 34+ extra hours in the charging case. They also do not have Dual Connect which is the reason you are only able to use the right earbud independently. The jlab company does offer 2 year warranty but you must provide your receipt.

I was unable to keep them in a position on my ears that I could really enjoy the full music experience. They make the sound very treble and uncomfortable.
