The ear piece that goes over your ear is hard. They would be perfect if they made these with silicone.

Sales person told us that they would pair with our tv. No such luck. Could not pair with tv or Bluetooth radio. Returned to store.

I can use both at one time, or just the right one, which is fine on a phone call. Music sounds great with both in my ears. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought these and used only five times or so. Left works, right won't work. I have cleaned the terminals to ensure connection for charge but still no success. Design flaw or sweat salt corrosion issues (still design flaw).

They were also more uncomfortable then i expected. Other than that they were louder than even more expensive ones.

Posted .Hi Eric, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device.
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time
4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other
5. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth.

The only thing about them is I cannot figure out how to power them off without putting them back in their charging case. They are great and I love using them!!
