I never got the ear buds to fully function correctly, and I was never able to get their volume loud enough. I finally gave up and returned them.

The reset method requires the bulky case, which I'm not carrying with me while I'm out exercising. They're nothing but a pain. Going with a different brand from now on. Avoid.
