Stiff around the ears

Unfortunately, left earbud does not charge. I keep it in the box charging and when I start using it it says, "battery low" and a minute later "goodbye". And that's it. I haven't been able to use it at all.

I was dumb and Didn’t buy the warranty so now I have a half-working earbud set. I think I'll buy a different brand next time.

But after wear and tear, they start to default. Mind you, we have purchased these about 3x. Not sure what the issue is, but it's been the same result with all of them.
