I had the volume turned all the way up on my phone and the headphones and still could not hear the game broadcast. Back to the old over the head.

Sorry to hear of the volume issues that you experienced. The jbuds air put out 99 db. If you believe yours to be under that, you may have a defective unit. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty. Worked 2x before malfunctioning on right side and is whacky on left, constant switch between music and movie mode. I will never buy this type of tap the bud to change things. Stick to buttons.

Charging is very inconsistent. Sometimes it works great but most times one earbud wont charge. I have made sure the case is charged and the ports are all clean and the blue light shows they are charging but later in the day when i open them it still says low battery and shuts off.
