I wear these most often to listen to music when I walk. Some days I can't get through a single song without disruption. I think I just received a bad pair, everything else about these is exactly what I wanted. Too bad.

We looked at videos and many ways online to see if we could get it to work but nothing. So we ended up taking them back the next day since our Best Buy closes early at this time.
