    Right Ear Bud Stopped Recharging

    This is my 2nd pair and They do sound nice and stay in your ear but both pairs ran into the same issue when it came to charging them. The right ear bud stopped charging for me. I had the first pair 2 or 3 weeks and the second pair for nearly 2 months months. I enjoyed the ear buds but will likely move onto a new model as the longevity/durability is extremely poor.

    I returned them. I experienced very bad feedback. The sound wasn't all that for the price in my opinion. They are very well made and fit really well too. Too bad the sound was an issue.

    They were hard to put on. But, while I am struggling to get them on, I am connected to my phone. The people on the other side can't figure out what is going on and I can't hear them. I returned them after a week.

    Right earbud stopped working after a few months. Wont recognize taps to change modes seems to stop being connected, light turns off even after a full charge. Disappointed. Loved them before!

    These headphones have worked well for listening to music, etc.; however, I've found that the sound skips during phone calls or any communication. Also, background noises seem to be amplified-not good if you have small kids and communicating with others.

You can try troubleshooting the earbud to reconnect the Bluetooth by following the step-by-step instruction in the user guide found in your original package or by going to the product page on our site. This will usually help with connection issues. Also, be sure that you're not on Be Aware mode (this allows ambient outside noises in) by triple tapping the left ear bud to change modes.     It's hard to describe. There seems to be noise interference with this product (like air). The talking from the voice prior to the second earbud connecting disturbs the conversation that in progress. I can't determine the volume up or down....

    We’re good while they lasted The left earpiece died out after a month unfortunately they are out of returnable period with bestbuy. Tried to contact JLab directly but no response. They are supposed to shut off when you place them on the charging case, but mine keep on playing music even inside the case. I think the case had something to do with the left piece dying out as it was was super hot one time I left them charging.
