LOOKS: ----------- The product looks good in my opinion. The plastics used are no lesser than any other earbud you will find in the market. The case is well designed to fit the slightly larger product than it's sister models. Matte finish case seems to resist scratches during standard use. FIT: ----- The most overlooked aspect of any earbud type product is the fit, which greatly varies from person to person. This crucial element also dictates the overall sound quality. With the right eartips in place, the earbuds themselves feel secure in the ears and are in no verge of falling off at anytime. This product is made with Active Lifestyle in mind. Go ahead and play hard as you like and it stays secure in your ears. CONNECTIVITY: ----------------------- INITIAL - As with any Bluetooth product of today, it is extremely easy to do the initial setup. Pairing process remains the same as it has ever been in the last few years for any product. INTER-EARBUD - Unlike the rival from Apple, these earbuds have a Master and a Slave relationship between the Left and Right earpieces. Right earbud connects to your favorite device and the left retrieves its instructions from the right earbud. So far I am having great luck with this product. (Also purchased the Air Executive Model; which suffers disconnects). CALL QUALITY: --------------------- The call quality is Decent. The general user feedback from the other end is, I sounded a little Distant. However, I overcame this by talking louder than usual. Not sure if this is going to work well in all scenarios or quieter environments. However, it is important to note that this product is not marketed towards heavy call usage. SOUND/AUDIO QUALITY: ----------------------- After carefully evaluating the 3 EQ settings provided, I can safely say that "Balanced" setting was my favorite. BALANCED MODE - Instrument separation was pretty good. Vocals were clear and distinct. Bass was not overpowering; but solidly present with control and respectable accuracy. This mode adds a little bit of airiness to your music and creates a wider soundstage; which I prefer. SIGNATURE MODE - Default setting out of the Box. The typical V shaped EQ that most people will prefer. I find this a little too shrill on the upper end and the bass feels uncontrolled. But the sound is still very Dynamic and enjoyable for the most part. BASS MODE - If you live, love, breathe Bass, then this mode is for you. However expect to miss emphasis on other aspects of audio such as the Mids/Vocals and Hights. At no point of time, this earbuds are competing with other Bass heavy sets on the market, but do hold their own in a respectable manner. *Important Note - The sound is only as good as the fit and seal you get from this earbud. If you have a poor fit, you will not appreciate what the product can do. Due to the design of this product, you will have to try all the available eartips to find the best fit for you. Each eartip, depending on the seal will create a different soundstage. LIPSYNC/DELAYS: ------------------------- This particular earbud has LIP-SYNC issues when Videos are being watched; such as on YouTube. I find it fairly distracting for prolonged use. If you consume a lot of video content on your mobile device, you may find yourself disappointed. (I suffered the same fate on the sister product as well; Air Executive). AWARE MODE: --------------------- If you find yourself not wanting to block external noises completely, you will appreciate the "Aware" mode that pipes in sound from the outside. SOFTWARE: ----------------- None at this time. There are no applications to download to operate this device. This also implies that there are no Firmware Update possibilities for this product. This may change in the future. EQUPMENT/SERVICES USED: -------------------------- iMac, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, Galaxy S7 Edge, Blackberry Classic. Apple Music, Online Streaming, YouTube, Netflix.

Horrible sound quality, pairing and volume settings too complicated

I originally wanted the Powerbeats Pro, but couldn't see myself spending $275 on a pair of wireless earbuds. I mean I would, but it just wasn't the right time. So, I looked at these and also the Epic ones. Finally decided on these and they are great. Sound is excellent, bass is spot on, they fit well in the ear, the loop over the ear fits well. Just one little issue that is almost enough for me to take them back and get my money back. The left earbud stops working often...too often; like it loses connectivity. I head back to town in a couple days and I will return them for a new pair hoping it was just a dud. I really like wireless earbuds. I have Beats over the ear headphones, but I prefer earbuds over the others. We shall find out in a couple days if it's going to continue with another pair or if it was just this one pair.

I have bought this brand several times and had no problems but, the last "2" I have bought them the left ear bud would not keep a charge. I did get an exchange the first time but then I had to got to the JBub supplier to get my replacement. I did get replacement and all is well. I trust Bust Buy and enjoy shopping there.

The headphones would have been great if Best Buy hadn't shipped me an open, used set that wouldn't pair. This is becoming more and more common with anything I order it seems. Please stop shipping used items that aren't advertised as open box, please!

Only keeps charge 1 hour. Planning to return them asap

These are worst headphones i ever spent my money going back asap super trash dont waste money on this junk everything i use to promote this items its the complete opposite of its promotion

Solid fit headphones for the price. Easy to use touch settings on earbuds for volume control, pausing, and eq modes. Little bass produced from these buds. I wouldn’t mind spending an extra $20,$30 on a set with better bass output.

I purchased a pair before this one and the right one would work but not the left one and then I bought another pair and the left one works but not the right one. I threw them away because I was just in disbelief.

These earbuds work very well and were simple to set up on my phone. The battery life on these things is outstanding compared to all of the wireless earbuds I've used in the past at 6 hours before needing to go back in the case. To be honest, they have not reached that point yet, as the longest I've used them continuously so far is only about 4 hours. I have two problems with these. The size of the case is larger than I would prefer, however the size of the ear loops is the clear reason for this. The call quality was fine on my end, but my wife says I sound like I'm talking to her through a tunnel. Apparently, the microphones do not work correctly. I can't honestly drop an entire star from the review for these reasons, but I would drop 1 out of 10, so this should be a 4.5-star review. I don't talk on my phone much when running or working, so call quality does not weigh as heavily for me. The sound quality of music or audiobooks is near the top of everything I've used. I am amazed by the bass on these, although I do not consider myself an audiophile.

I woukd not recommend this product. Not easy to use, horrible sound. When speaking to others they can hear every sound in the background and can barely hear you.

One side did not work at all, the other side worked for about 1 minute. took it back for refund.

Couldn't get one side to work. Followed how to vid. Still couldn't. I returned them.

These are some SORRY headphones. Too many problems to list. I will be typing all night.

These are great for someone who wants the wireless technology and something that stays in your ear. The headphones look good and stay charged. I love the charging case it actually keeps your headphones safe. I also like the sound quality options. Great deal!

The ear bud don’t fully charge left it charging for 2 day and still said low battery

Great earbuds for work and working out good sound and fits nice and snug under my motorcycle helmet. Nice bluetooth range and battery. Only downfall are the touch sensors they are annoying lol. but i highly recommend these

Never worked and I waited two days too long to return. Very poor quality.
