I was very excited when I learned about these headphones. Very respectable price point and the design was exactly what I was looking for. I was originally going to purchase the Powerbeats Pro but decided to give these a try because I could buy 3 pairs of these compared to one pair of the Powerbeats.
The first 2 days of owning them it was like heaven. No sync issues what-so-ever, they were louder than my previous Bluetooth headphones which is always a problem for me as I LOVE my music loud when I'm working out. They stayed in my ears and the foam ear tips didn't pain my ears at all during my 2 hour runs. Touch controls were a little iffy but you get a hang of them pretty fast. You may increase the volume a few times by mistake or miss the headphones completely and be that person running just poking at their head but it was never an issue for myself.
Here's where the real problems start to set in. I made my first phone call with them a few days after owning them and the audio quality was very sub-par. I had to check that my phone wasn't on speakerphone in my pocket and that both earphones were working. Now I don't use these for phone calls, only runs so this wasn't a deal breaker but still gave me pause to the overall quality.
The real problem was only 3 days after owning the product I left for my run and noticed that the Bluetooth wasn't connecting to the device. I turned back home and put them back into the case and the right earbud wouldn't register in the case no matter how I moved it around. Originally I thought that maybe I left them on overnight and the battery died by accident. I plugged in for awhile and came back the next day to the case blinking one dot and not registering the right earbud. I followed the instructions of a reset on the device by tapping both earbuds 7 times and putting them back in the case. It worked on the left earbud but the right earbud was now unresponsive. After 3 days of having the product and going on 2 runs, the earbuds were now useless and defective. I contacted customer support about my issue and was told that I had bought a defective product and to return the product to Best Buy. So that's where I'm at. A lot of promise to start with these but unfortunately I now have a non working pair of headphones that I need to return for my money back. Hopefully it's not this way for everyone but I took my chance at the cheaper pair and didn't get lucky at all.
The worst part was that I left a review on the companies website and after only 12 hours my review was taken down to give them a more favorable review. I'm a verified buyer and received an email verification that my review was posted...now it's deleted with only 5 star reviews and one 2 star that doesn't make them look too bad. Be careful who you give your money to.
Looks like spending the extra money may be the best idea. Hope this helps someone! I may try them out again but my first time didn't go well at all.

I am unable to successfully get these JLab wireless earbuds to operate on using my smart TV. Via a wireless connect to my phone device due to I needed to be able to hear my TV at night after quiet hours at the multi-living building/complex I live at. I need these wireless earbuds to work with both my phone and TV (even when I have VPN operating on either device). I have reviewed the document included in the box with no success yet.

I bought these for $34.99 on sale, they pair very easy and have 3 EQ settings. With power beats pros on sale for $199 you can get 5 pairs of these. I run and lift weights in these and they stay put and are comfortable. I've owned power beats 2's the blue tooth ones with the wires and they were great. My only gripe with the power beats and the reason I didn't go for the pros where they wired ones would last about 4 weeks and then I would have to send them back to apple to get a replacement because the volume rocker would stop working. Maybe since the power beat pros ate completely wireless they may have fixed that issue. Please be aware that the Jlabs are touch sensored which means they are controlled by tap commands but they are easily learned.

I've had two pairs of these earbuds and they're fantastic. However, both pairs quit on me; the first died after 1 year +, the second after only a month. The second time I contacted JLab customer service, and they immediately gave me a coupon code for a replacement set, no questions asked. They even paid to upgrade the product to ensure that I had a good experience the replacement earbuds. Although I'm not happy with the reliability of this brand so far, I'm more than willing to stick with them because the product itself is great and now I know that the company will quickly fix any reliability problems.

Comfortable and Great Sound

These are easily the most comfortable ear buds I have used. The default tips worked best for me, but there are many options in the box. I think because of the loop around the ear, there isn’t pressure where the earbud connects. This might just be my ears, but I really find these to be comfortable to use for hours at a time.
The sounds is excellent for such a small device. The built in EQ can also help customize the sound to your preferences.
The battery lasts around 6 hours, and it is nice that you can charge them for an hour of use in about 15 minutes in the case. The case has an attached flat full size usb male connector that folds and snaps into the bottom of the case. I’d prefer a usb c connection, but this works well.
The controls take a bit to get used to, but there is a nice quick reference on the flap of the box. I kept that in front of me for a couple of days use, to help remember them. Tapping the earbuds is nice, too. You don’t have to press which can be uncomfortable in earbuds.
The “Be Aware” audio is a great feature. A triple tap of the right earbud allows you to hear the surroundings through the microphone.
The only things I don’t really like are that you can only use the right earbud alone, and range has been a little short for me. Another pair of earbuds I have allows a slightly longer range before cutting out.
Overall, these are great, though and I’d easily recommend them.

Solid performance, innovative function

I've been using this for a week now and I'm pretty happy with the headphones. At first I was skeptical that I'd lose one or the other of the pieces making it useless, but the ear pieces are big enough that they're easy to keep track of. Also the docking case is a great idea. It makes it even easier to find the headphones, and it even keeps them charged! It would be nice if the case were a brighter color or had some color accent to it because it is hard to see the case in my computer bag, so I have to hunt for it every time I want it.
The storage and charging case has a cool USB flipper on it -- it's a reversible USB adapter on a short rubber extender, so you can plug it into a USB port without worrying about whether it's upside-down. Sometimes it's a little tricky to squeeze it into a USB power source because the flipper isn't very long. Still it's a great idea.
What was really cool was that you don't have to hunt for buttons to operate the headset. They came up with a clever tap system -- you single, double, or triple tap on one or the other of the ear pieces to navigate the features. It takes a little while to memorize how to access the functions, but it's worth it. I was also surprised that my aim wasn't great, so I had to practice tapping on my ear to learn how to consistently tap the right place on the ear piece.
It comes with several different ear plug choices. Try them all. It even says so. The sound quality is dependent on how well that plug fits your ear. When I tried the default set, it was comfortable but I got no bass. I tried each set and the big ones fit me best and produce the best sound.
There's a choice of 3 eq settings -- flat, bass-boost, and their signature style. The 3rd one boosts bass and vocals, and it's my favorite. It would be nice if there were a "loudness" feature that boosts the bass proportionally when listening at lower volumes.
The battery life is good. I've used them for up to 5 hours straight with no battery issue. I popped them into the charging case and they were fully charged next time I grabbed them.

Great battery life and sound quality, some issues

I've had pretty good luck with previous JLAB earbuds, and while this set of JBuds Air Sport True Wireless In-Ear Headphones is no exception, it does come with a few issues. The sound quality and battery life make this a solid option for users with an active lifestyle, but be wary of a few things before buying.
The first of these things occurred right out of the box.
The JBuds are stored and charged in a sleek (albeit somewhat large) pillbox-style case that has its own USB charging cord, which is nice - except that when you open the case, the headset is placed backwards, as in the right headset is on the left side, and the left headset sits on the right. Not a big deal, right? Just turn them around and open the case backwards - well, no, that's not very ergonomic having to reach over the lid. Most likely due to the design of the headphones needing to consolidate case space, right? Well okay, great, but it is jarring each and every time I have to use them nonetheless. I'm constantly having to recalibrate myself to pick the opposite side for each ear and often times searching for the "L" or "R" for confirmation. Not a great start.
On the other hand, once these things are on your ears, you're flying. Listening to music and podcasts sound great with the JBuds. Syncing with my Android phone was a cinch, and I was up and running in no time. The JBuds are comfortable and they feel very secure. Using them during several workouts and runs, I have confidence these will stay put, and the sweat resistant feature, while a must in my book for all activity-based headsets, is a big plus. It also comes with four size options to custom fit your ears. And above all, the battery life is excellent for true-wireless style headphones. These are advertised with 6 hours of playtime and another 34 hours of stored charges with the case. I've found that after a week of several tests of continuous use, this is a pretty accurate benchmark. The battery life to me is its best feature.
The headphones are not without a few other issues. The touch controls are confusing to the point where I generally avoid using them if I can. Which is fine, except at times I will accidentally touch them while adjusting the headset which causes an unintended action, be it a volume change, an unintentional rewind or skip through, etc. This happens far too often to ignore. Answering phone calls with this headset is also a chore, since the person on the other end would consistently have issues hearing me, either due to background noise or what was once described as "really hollow, like you're at the bottom of a pit." Could be better on that front.
Overall, there is usually some good and bad with most wireless headphones, whether it be comfort, fit, battery life, sound quality, design, or features. JLAB's JBuds Air Sport headphones are not perfect, but the battery life, fit, and sound quality allow me to recommend them as these features outweight some odd design choices and the touch features. All of these are important things to consider when making your purchasing decision and to me, the JBuds are worth the buy.
Full disclosure, I received this product for my honest, unbiased opinion.

Out of the box I loved these but after using for a while there are a few things that bother me so I will most likely not be using these for casual listening but religate them to strictly workouts or fishing.
First the good news:
+ Priced under $70 is good considering they are bluetooth and rechargable.
+ You can adjust settings without smart phone with taps to sensors on body of earbuds. (also a con, see below)
+ Decent custom fit with provided rubber eartips
+ Easy Bluetooth pairing
+ Great carrying recharging case with built in USB cable (also a con, see below)
+ Long battery life
Now the bad news:
- Tap controls can be frustrating as you can easily change settings while adjusting fit
- The right ear only option might not work for everyone
- The learning curve on controls takes some getting used to
- They became uncomfortable to wear for longer durations as the earclips would dig into the top of my ears. I would like to see the retaining clip softer and adjustable
- The built in USB cable only about 3" long might not be convenient to connect to a charging adapter and can only use a max 1A output adapter
If you are looking for a relatively cheap set of earbuds for workouts you might want to give these a shot but for anything other I'd go with another (and probably more costly) option.

These ear buds wear and sound like a $30 pair. They quickly become uncomfortable after just a minutes wearing them and the sound is pretty poor quality.
I only hung on to them because I use these for exercise and they do hold on really well and they are light.
Other than that, not impressed.

I LOVE the fit of these, my ears are small and I have a hard time with any type of ear buds. I’ve had them since December and last week the right one stopped working. I’ve tried everything, even pairing them to my sons phone. Total bummer because I want these to work! They’ve been my favorite, but shouldn’t stop working within 8 months.

Do not buy these. I've had them for a little over a year and I'm replacing them with a different brand. The fit is good, the sound quality is ok, but the connectivity is complete trash. These things disconnect constantly. You'll go from both working to one working and back to both multiple times a minute. It's infuriating. The app is pretty terrible too. Save your money and buy a different brand like I'm about to do.

I was so excited for these airbuds but they are a disappointment. I plan to take them back. They do not keep a consistent charge for more than a couple of hours. They easily unpair if you have to take them out your ear, which is ok, but it is a pain to repair them. Typically get unable to pair and have to restart phone for them to pain again. I get alot of feedback with these earbuds. Overall I am not impressed. I bought a 20 pair from amazon that worked better than these. It's possible I got a bad pair, but I will be taking them back. I also bought them 1/2/2021
