    I bought 2 Jlab Air Sport earbuds Jan., 2021. They both met our expectations and worked well. We began having difficulty syncing to Bluetooth after a few months and at 6 months I contacted Jlab Support. After trying their recommendations without success, they gave us 100% CREDIT FOR REPLACEMENTS ON THEIR WEB SITE. My BESTBUY STORE provided the receipt/proof of purchase that I no longer had. Any product from any supplier can have some failures. It's how they responded and backed their products that is important to me. I RATED JLAB AS 5 STARS for how their support team handled our experience.

    Right head phone quit working a week after purchas

    I purchased and owned these for approximately one week. The sound quality is good not great and the fit is comfortable. About one week into owning the head phones the right one quit working and refused to turn on. I made sure to clean and dry them before putting them back into the charger, I would say they aren't worth the risk.

    Good WHEN working

    Would be an awesome pair of headphones if they stayed working. The left earbud constantly disconnects, the ear phones will both disconnect or get static even if my phone is 2 inches away sometimes, and the touchpads on the side are useless and impossible to use properly. They worked great for the first two months and now its about 50/50, save your money and buy a different pair.

    Killed my ears!

    I tried these for two workouts, roughly 3 hours of use. I have used Bose, Jabre, Beats, and Jaybird in ear style buds without ever experiencing any type of ear pain. The design of the JLab began to cause discomfort for me in about 10 minutes. For me, it isn't the actual part that goes into the ear canal but the hard plastic above it that presses on my outer ear. The other thing I hated with these particular headphones was the user interface. The touch, tap, long press, etc is absolutely terrible. Maybe I'm old school and need buttons....dunno. I only used them for two workouts, but it seemed to be pure chance/luck if they actually did what I wanted ie. volume up, down, pause, etc. For many, one of the appealing aspects of these headphones may be the safety feature of being able to turn on the ability to hear your surroundings. This too is a joke. This feature is nothing more than a microphone that you turn on or off. It doesn't seem to help too much with hearing ambient noise but makes it very awkward if you want to talk to someone while wearing them. Imagine using a microphone hooked directly to an ear piece you are wearing. I would definitely not recommend these to anyone. I returned them today and went all in for the wireless Beats. Granted, the Beats are 3X as expensive but they are at least 10X better, in my opinion. The comfort, sound quality, and user interface don't even compare. Do yourself a favor and just spend more now; your ears will thank you.

    Love these ear buds. Easy to put in ear. No chance of them falling out. This is my second pair. Will get dirty with use but wipes clean easily. Good sound and volume. Several sets of rubber tips included.

    it sounds like one is louder than the other. When used for talking on the phone, there is an echo. playing music is nice but the buttons are kind of complicated for use with a phone call. It has good bass on music though. I ended up disconnecting calls while trying to change the volume.

    Crappy Design, HORRIBLE BATTERY LIFE

    Just bought these last night fully charged the headset before I even tried using them i also did the manufacturer recommended break in period on the headphones..... I originally bought these for work hoping the advertised 6hrs of playtime would get me through the work day well today I started my day at 8:30 the headphones were completely dead by 12:30 exactly a 4 hr timeframes 2hrs less then the advertised 6hrs of continuous playtime, YARIGHT! To top it all off these headphones hurt like hell and will be returning them ASAP! The design of these headphones makes it sit too far inside of you ear causing it to hit my ear canal in my inner ear causing very annoying pain all day long......

    My husband was excited to use these at work, loved the way they fit around his ear, and liked the touch controls. He was pleased overall – until he tried to charge them. The left earbud flashed to indicate charging, but the right earbud did not. We assumed it was a faulty right earbud so I ordered a replacement and now we are having the same issue all over again. We are very displeased that after only having the earbuds for two weeks that they are useless. They do not charge and are overall a disappointing and poor product.

    Don't Waste Your Money on These Headphones

    These were bought in June 2020. I wore them exactly four times. They needed to be paired to my iPhone X every time. On the fourth time, they died in the first song. I have attempted to charge them and they will not charge. I would say I did not get what I paid for at all. The company offers a 2 year warranty, but they require the purchaser to pay to mail it back. I inquired on their process, and 4 days later, I have yet to receive a response.

    They work well for music, but are horrible for phone calls. They paired quickly with my Series 5 Apple Watch. Touch controls is nice, but the volume on calls is not adjustable.

    Tinny Sound, high treble

    I got these as a gift, I was able to pair them easily and get them synced to my phone. When I started listening, I realized that these were terrible quality in terms of producing good audio. I took them back to the store and got my store credit. I do not recommend these, or this brand. They sounded like the free headphones you get when you win a free mp3 player.
