Without question, the worst piece of technology I have ever owned.
While sliding them in place over my ears for the first time, they triggered a phone call to my nephew and to my contractor, and tried to facetime twice with my neighbor.
The set of commands you need to tap through is more complicated than my semaphore and signals class-- although I no longer have that problem with the left ear piece, since it quit working the fourth time I tried to use it.
Don't try adjusting your facemask while you are wearing these, or even putting on a pair of sunglasses-- both of which set off some set of commands that lost my place in the podcast I was listening to and turned on a Pandora station.
Excellent Christmas gift for the frenemy in your life, if revenge is your game.
Returning it at the first opportunity.

If you don’t care about sound then you can get these. If you’re not really in to tech then this is for you. If you’re not too technologically savvy and just want to go wireless then these are for you. Maybe if you’re the type of person that loses things and don’t want to risk losing a better pair of earphones then these are for you. Otherwise I cannot recommend.

I have no idea why people think these headphones sound good. They sound absolutely awful. The high end especially. I would definitely only recommend listening to podcasts/audiobooks on these because music sounds terrible.
The being said, the construction is very good and the design is otherwise outstanding.

After my inexpensive, on-ear wireless headphones broke, I ran to Best Buy, looking for a replacement. I have small ear canals and have had problems with buds that terminate in the circular form before. They're just too big, even with the smallest rubber piece on them. That was years ago, and after doing some research on earbuds for small ears, I thought I had landed on a replacement. While this specific model was not mentioned in my research (that would be the EPIC Air Sport True Wireless In-Ear Headphones), I was assured that these headphones would be nearly identical and would work.
Hate to disappoint, but they are simply AWFUL for those of us who have small (read: NARROW) ear canal openings! I immediately replaced the medium cushions that were on the buds with the smaller ones, but to no avail. They hurt going in. I could not get them positioned properly so I could hear any bass whatsoever. After nearly 45 minutes of fiddling with them (and YES, the PC Magazine review of these buds is absolutely correct: The controls on these buds are finicky), I got them positioned in my ears so the sound was no longer CHEAP and TINNY. That said, they did NOT stay in place. If I moved my head, looked up to take a picture, or even yawned, the buds moved and the sound was awful again. After an hour and a half of trying to take photos while enjoying a podcast, I was absolutely done with these. When the left bud ran out of power, I was thrilled to take it out and put it in my backpack. The right one made it home, but the sound quality with a mono bud was even worse than with the pair. I will be returning these ASAP, as I am truly dissatisfied with them.

AVOID! They gave me TINNITUS!

Yes, you read that right. I now have tinnitus - ringing in the ears and I blame these headphones. I have always been very protective of my hearing and listen to music at a comfortable level. After wearing these for a week, even at low volume there was a static sound that bothered my ears.
I didn't think anything about it but after going for a walk one day, listening to a couple songs at what I though wasn't very loud, my ears started ringing... thinking it would go away in a few minutes, it did not - now 9 months later and numerous doctor visits later, my ears are still ringing! Doctors say there is no cure.
If any headphones, especially these, bother your ears, BURN THEM. Biggest regret of my life.

I had these 3 months or less. One of the earbuds doesnt charge beyond "medium". I checked the case and repositioned it so buds could connect better. From reading other reviews it appears this is an ongoing problem. Unfortunately I lost the receipt and am unable to return them.

Left earbud quickly failed

Received these as a gift about a year ago. Just started using them recently, and after only a few uses, the left earbud stopped working. I followed the trouble shooting instructions, but that did nothing, The light never comes on, blue or white. It's as if the earbud won't recharge. I can't imagine how so many people are having the same issue, but it's very disappointing because the earbuds have some cool features.

Bought my first pair. They never turned on. Exchanged them for the same kind. 3 months later my left earbud suddenly turns off, never to turn on again. Earbuds should definitely last well over 3 months, especially since the first pair didn’t work at all. None of the tips and tricks online on how to fix them worked either.

Good while they last, but they don’t last long

First set worked for 1 month exactly, stopped working and were replaced under warranty.
Second set failed even more quickly, didn’t bother to send in again for warranty replacement as shipping charges add up. Anyway, would just expect them to fail again. Was able to use less than 20 times between the two.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Bought this headphones based purely on the 4/5 overall rating & the "wireless" feature, without doing my due diligence.
After a couple uses (just like the rest of the "negative" reviewers said) these headphones will stop working. They won't pair to each other, and the "troubleshooting" methods they give you only work for small percentage of customers.

The sound quality is good no issues, but they have a push sensor on them for controls that is very sensitive, moving around, wearing a hood or hat constantly activates the controls pausing and changing the music unintentional making it very irritating to use them.

Terrible sound quality!!

If you are wearing these and you speak to someone in front of you and NOT on the phone, your voice is amplified in your ears. It is VERY annoying and "tinny" sounding! I would have to take them BOTH out in order to have an in person conversation with someone. I bought them for my daughter, she didn't like them... she doesn't like anything.... so I decided to use them myself.. I'm not nearly as picky as she is. But I have to say, she was 100% correct about these.

These used to be very good and I have worn these for years now. I wear these daily and put in a lot of hours and have had pairs last me about 1.5y on average. The quality of the product is greatly reduced now. I had a pair last me 11 days and the replacement pair lasted 3 days. I am switching to another brand.

weak battery

I purchased these an hour from where i live to get home and find they was missing all the extra ear tips including the cloud foam ones that was highly recommend in the reviews, so after contacting the company about this they totally refused to send me the missing pieces and only give me the option to purchase the ones missing after i just paid almost 80$for these. So i returned for refund and will not do business with this manufacturer again: /

I've had problems with keeping the earbuds connected to Bluetooth and with the left earbud staying linked. I had to take these earbuds back twice in 2 weeks. Th earbuds worked perfectly fine for about 2 months. Thank God I had a warranty on them. I will try to return these for a different brand this next time.
Also, the left earbud does not work by itself. Only the right earbud functions with the other earbud still in the pod.

The aware listening is stuck. These aren't headphones but little microphones for people to yell into your ear. Nothing but rustling noises and constantly being scared by random voices loudly coming out of no where. Buy these if you want to ruin your music listening experience.
