Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the sound quality is good. connection time is not fully seamless. it takes some time. if you get a call and you opened it and put it in your ear, that time it might be saying connected to your phone name so you may miss a part of your call due to this overlap of voice. I would like if it will connect irrespective of any side I took it out. I prefer to have the left side when I use one side for a call or so however it only connects with the right side.

Instructions were easy to follow ( even though I had to reread several times,haha to me). Again very happy and pleased with the purchase. Did research upon research and for the money JLAB worth it, thanks JLAB.

4 1/2 Stars... and I'm shocked!

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The ONLY 2 reasons I wouldn't give a full 5 is the right side is the only side for phone calls and even though I like the lights so people know I'm on the phone... the lights annoy my wife at night... oh well. Otherwise, I'm shocked and they actually sound better than my newer galaxy buds! They aren't for audio snobs but great for the gym and just wanting somthing cheap and easy!
