Pushing in hurt (my ears, anyway) and easily popped out on walking or any activity. I returned and got the sport model which has the ear wrap around feature. Much better!

Also sometimes I'd have to thump it to get it to start working right. The push button is wearing out also on it so hanging up calls is becoming an issue. It does block out other surrounding sounds well but at times for me it block too much so it was like wearing earplugs. I mainly used the right side and kept the box close by so they would stay paired. I would use for calls and occasionally listen to music. It's not completely terrible but I do believe the button should have held up a lot longer than a few months. I'm going to return them since I have a protection plan and hopefully get my money back.

Very comfortable in the ear and volume is good with no complaints about calls either. I will submit an update when I'm able to focus on the timing for the pair and one each, but as for now, I am very happy with the size and operation of them.

Person on the other end says the sound is muffled or far away. I did like the design and battery life but my $5 bluetooth buds sound better than these.
