Good for basics but…

But this model compared about 2020’s model feels like it’s made from 3D printed plastic. Plus this model doesn’t have buttons in the sides like previous model, this is all touch sensitive. So when I reach up to secure them in my ear, I inevitably wind up also affecting the volume depending on which ear I need to touch. Solid basic things, but… sadly lighter plastic and touch sensitive controls are not pluses. Oop, forgot: their current interface seems to not handle being juggled between devices as well as the last model.

After about six or seven months they started having some minor connection issues where I would have to turn off and on Bluetooth to get them to pair properly
