Not sure why she's having that issue but it hasnt been bothersome enough to take them back.

Has multiple functions, such as volume control, pause/play, skip forward and back, siri/google assistant. But not comfortable for long time use, more than 20 minutes because of its large size, it hurts your ears

I'd like it if the earbuds would go longer without needing to be charged. Id also like it more if I could use only the left bud. It, while in phone mode, only works with the right ear bud.
