Either there was a specific frequency in that gym that it didn't like or it just can't handle interference in general. Never had the same issue with any other bluetooth devices. Issue being that the music kept cutting out in both ear buds. Also physical user interface (buttons) are not usable unless you take them out because trying to press down on the button while it's still in your ears hurts. Sound was pretty good though. In the end I returned them.

Sound is good and the range for blue tooth is excellent. I could still hear my music perfectly on the other side of the house from my phone. I wouldn't call these "noise canceling", but they do block out a fair amount of background noise. Only possible complaint is that these buds are a little on the big side. Not a huge issue since size doesn't effect the overall quality or performance.

More like 2.5-3 Like the features accessible from the buds themselves -volume, track, equalizer, phone Relatively comfortable, took a little getting used to. Way cheaper than AirPods!!
