    You get about an hour before you have to place them in there charge case, they get a full charge within 15-20 min. If your going to run or do vigorous activity I suggest a sweat/headband etc. to keep them from falling out.

    Sound quality is good, but I tried various times running with them and it’s like the sound drops in and out. Also after awhile they start hurting my ears.

      Hi Jazz, thanks for your review. Please try twisting the earbuds slightly away from your head when you're placing them in your ears.
