    I think these have good sound, however when trying to use them to talk on the phone in a store the caller said they could hear background noises very loudly.

    I have to say there's not much I don't rate a five star from Best buy, everything I buy from there is usually top quality. Mostly everything I buy from there is for my son and he is always impressed with everything I get for him from there. He said the earbuds are great quality and he likes the idea that it muffles everything out around him and all he hears is his music.
