Fall out of ears

Sadly, it appears that the piece that goes into the ear doesn't fit (I think they are too big as I am a petite person) so they don't stay in, rendering them useless for my needs. I also haven't figured out a way to pair them with my HP PC. Otherwise, the sound is fine.
