The only snag I've encountered is the rubber part comes apart fairly easily.

However, they’re difficult to position in your ear and unless you go with a tight fitting cushion, there’s no bass and no volume. The tight fitting cushions make your ears hurt! I would not recommend these.

Don’t drop them or wear them in the rain

After I dropped them twice i can’t put my phone in my pocket with my earbuds in my ear without it going in and out. Also when you are talking on the phone whoever you are talking to can barely hear you.

They like them. One pair stopped working after about 6 months but the company replaced them under warranty without any issues. I did have to pay to ship them to the manufacturer, but still very happy with the company.
