They don't disconnect from my phone upon storing them in the case and they don't fit my ear well. I went to exchsnge them but I was outside of the refund window by 4 days. $60 wasted :(

Posted .Hi Curtis, we are so sorry about your poor experience. The buds should turn off after placing them in a charged case. If the case isn't charged you must unpair them manually from your device to turn off. If this doesn't help please contact our customer service team as you have a two-year manufacturers warranty on the earbuds and they can work with you to get you a new pair. -JLab Audio

They don’t seem to stay in her ear very well as well. Could really do a better job of the quality of the product. Sound is pretty well tho

The charge in the buds holds for continuous use for about 3 hours. It's sort of a good thing if your ear canal gets hot or sweaty and needs a break, or if your ear is small and feels pain from wearing these buds.
