    These are good if you like using the right ear only. The left ear links to the right one but sometimes it cuts off. And there is no way to connect just the left side.

      We are very sorry to hear of the connection issues that you're running into. Phone calls as you know are indeed through just the right bud, as it is the control unit. Connectivity should be very strong on this unit, up to 40 feet. Sounds like a bad unit, unfortunately. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.     It would not stay in my ear. So a few times I almost lost it. It would not always connect to my phone. Sometimes. when It was turned off it would connect to my phone.

    I got them as a Christmas present. The buds have only one button each, under the printed logo, and different buds control different functions. It took me days to remember that I needed to click the left bud to turn the volume down and the right to turn the volume up—or that the left bud played the previous song and the right bud played the next song. I fiddled around with the ear buds for a bit before I gave up and Googled how to change the EQ. Pushing the buttons was unpleasant. It took an uncomfortable amount of pressure to push a button when it was in my ear.

    I have worn these several times and I cannot make the fit comfortably fit in my ears. Not sure how much use I will get from them. There was no way to actually see them until I opened the package.

    I bought two pairs of these. One is great and the other stopped working after two months of use. Best Buy will not exchange and it costs more to return them to manufacture than I paid for them!
