    These are bluetooth. Not hard to sync with bluetooth mp3 (sandisk) or a tablet, Comfortable. Easy to charge.

    These earbuds don't get near loud enough. They do not get anywhere near the loudness of the wired earbuds that came with my Samsung phone.

      So sorry to hear of the low volume that you are reporting. The jbuds air should be putting out 99 db. Sounds like a defective unit, our sincere apologies. We do cover our Bluetooth headphones with a two-year limited warranty.     Not terrible for quick use. Not very comfortable after long use. Phone calls are not very clear at times having to switch them off so the caller and hear me.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.
