    I have these and AirPods. These are far more superior in comfort, sound, and ease of Use.

    Kind of uncomfortable with average sound quality. Buttons on the headphones need to be pushed in hard so it hurts your ears tonpress them while they're in. Battery life on them is ehh

    Price comparable to similar products, however quality falls short. This product was a disappointment as it stopped working within one month without incident.

    A cheap way to try all wireless but I would take them out of the case and only have a medium battery level. Also the size made them uncomfortable with only one set of tips.

    We’re good to go right out of the box, but shortly afterwards started having problems with one of the buds.

    It’s very unusual for me to return something from Bestbuy but I did return these. First problem: they don’t fit in my ears so they fell out easily. Maybe I have small ears. Secondly, the sound to me is tin-like. I may be spoiled because I have become accustomed to AirPods, which fit and had great sound. I’m not someone who demands great sound out of a set of earbuds so when these fell short, it was surprising. Even if the sound was great, I would lose them very quickly since they wouldn’t stay in my ears.

    Bought these for running/cycling. Not my favorite as they fall out of my ears often and randomly turn on/off. The range is also much shorter than my airpods.

    At first use they worked great. But after several uses the buds kept reconnecting with my cell when they were in the case charging. The minute you put the buds in the case when done using them and you get a call the buds will automatically connect. At first you think your call has dropped because you don't hear anybody on the line but then you notice that your buds that are in the case charging are connected and have to turn off the bluetooth on your phone so that you don't have that problem again. Even though the manual for the buds say that when you put the buds in the case that the buds turn off they don't really because they stay connected and drain the battery. I've tried turning them off prior to putting them in the case and they will let you know that they're powered off but then they reconnect again! Now the problem I've come across is that they didn't charge after several days in the case! I've tried to reset them but haven't been unsuccessful, I've read the manual several times over and over to see if there is something that I've missed, I've gone on their website and it's the same as the manual that came with the buds. Price was nice but then you get what you pay for!
