I was told, by a best buy employee, that I had one month to return them. I went up there and was told that I only had 2 weeks and that I couldnt return them. NEVER BUY THESE EARBUDS!!! They work great when you first buy them only to stop after 3 weeks of use. I even reached out to the company for my warranty to never get a response. I am extremely disappointed in these headphones.
