    Great sound. But the Bluetooth functionality became erratic to the point that they are unusable within a month.

    These headphones had latency issues, as well as connectivity issues out of the box. They have almost 1 second of delay. They would cut of when paired with a laptop. My phone call quality dropped. I had some customer complain that I sounded like I was in a tunnel. Ultimately switched to a wireless gaming headset that does NOT use Bluetooth.

    only get 4 hours of time announces very loudly that the battery is low wakes you up. Then says goodbye after 4 hours and wakes you up again

    At first I thought I had to use both buds at once. Never learned the buttons. People couldn't hear me good. Should've had nose cancellation.
