After the first six months several people told me they couldn't hear me when I was calling them or they were calling me. After that I was using it just to listen to my music in the train. The battery doesn't hold the charges for 8 hours and the light on the right Earbud Headphone stopped working.

The wireless connectivity distance was only a few feet from source. The sound was very weak. I called JLab directly. The customer service rep, was super helpful and assisted me in getting the Icon series. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I wouldn't recommend the Air version.
