Moreover, when making phone calls, these earbuds do not live up to expectations. Even in a quiet environment, the person in the other end had difficulty understanding me. Pairing was also a pain as it seemed the earbuds could not recognize my presses. I wanted to pair them with a different device but finally gave up.

Used for most of a day and then refuse to charge. Initially paired to phone quickly. Has quick-controls on the earbuds, volume and overall sound were good. Unfortunately after going through troubleshooting included in the manual and on the support web site they simply will not take a charge.
