The sound is so flat compared to AirPods which are immersive and have far superior sound quality. These are water resistant which was a plus compared to AirPods, but then the new AirPod Pro came out right after I bought these. Ended up keeping these (thought probably couldn't return them), but bought the AirPods Pro's.

Posted .Hello there, correct, this pair does not have Dual Connect technology but we have other pairs that do, allowing you to use either earbud independently. With this model you can use the Right earbud solo. You will be able to increase the volume by single tapping the right earbud. -JLab Audio
