Sorry to hear of the fitment issue that you ran into. Our cloud foam tips would probably work out best for you. As far as the volume issue is concerned, these put out close to 100db, which is quite loud. Sounds like you may have received a bad unit, or the seal being created is not sufficient for max performance. We would like to have the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue for you. But it's extremely frustrating when I've had these for less than a month and literally overnight, while just sitting in their case, they decide the right earbud doesn't hold a charge anymore and neither of the earbuds will connect to Bluetooth. This product is trash and I wish I could get my money back for it.
