(Maybe that's why the right one stopped working idk) hope this helps.

Three settings and the default EQ is best. Charging is ok, the fit of these weren't horrible but not a fan of deep in ear canal ear buds. Phone calls were low as well. Only nice thing about these would be that they're true wireless. That's about it.

The sound is very weak. I had to turn the volume nearly all the way up on my phone into the red where you get that warning about damaging your hearing with prolonged loud noise. But that wasn't a worry cause the sound is very weak. They have different settings like standard, Bass and JLAB custom EQ and they all sound the same. No difference at all. They also fit poorly in my ears and they made my ears sore. After using them for just a few minutes my ears started to hurt. Very uncomfortable. The little rubber pads they give you with them do not help at all. They decided to put the company logo on the little rubber cup that goes in your ears. So it feels like there is something in your ears. This just adds to the discomfort. It's a very stupid design choice. Don't bother with these. Either stick with wired earbuds or prepare to spend a little money to try and get something better.
